The Glen Allen Ruritan Club thanks everyone at the event for another great day at the Parade, Fair, Kids Fun Run and Car Show at Meadow Farm / Crump Park. For the most part, the weather cooperated with us, but some light showers dampened the latter part of the day before 4pm. We will post photos of the 2011 event very soon.

The Glen Allen Ruritan Club is proud to announce Edith Schermerhorn, a local artisan, will be Parade Grand Marshall for Glen Allen Day 2011. She has immortalized many local landmarks in her works of art across various media.

The Glen Allen Day 2011 Fun Run is a one mile running event to be held at Crump Park this Glen Allen Day, September 17th. The event is sponsored by Girl Scout Troop 142 and the Glen Allen Elementary School PTA.
